Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development – Leasing (Commercial & Luxury Residential) to support our expansion in the luxury residential and commercial leasing space. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Mumbai’s high-end real estate sector. You’ll be responsible for sourcing properties, managing leads, conducting site visits, and supporting negotiations—all while working closely with the senior team and clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and source leasing opportunities in the commercial and luxury residential segments. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers. Engage with inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable options. Organize and conduct site visits with clients across Mumbai. Assist in negotiations and deal closures alongside the leadership team. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and availability in key locations. Maintain accurate records of properties and client interactions using CRM tools. Who We're Looking For Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (real estate internships or sales roles are a plus). A genuine interest in the luxury and commercial leasing space. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Confident in dealing with corporate clients and HNIs. Comfortable with travel across Mumbai for meetings and site visits. Well-groomed, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing preferred).
