Support to Sales Team Share qualified leads with the sales executives and ensure smooth handover. Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and other pre-sales materials. Provide necessary client insights and data to help close deals. 4. Data Management & Report Track and report lead status, conversion ratios, and daily activity reports. Maintain communication logs and ensure call customer touchpoints are recorded.
