Ralta Technologies are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AVEVA PI Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working with AVEVA PI systems, supporting industrial data infrastructure, and delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and 2 support for AVEVA PI System components (PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, Data Archive, etc.). Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring high availability and performance of PI infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, interface configuration, and client tools. Work with cross-functional teams to implement system changes, upgrades, and enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Assist in onboarding new data sources and ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences 23 years of experience supporting AVEVA PI systems in an industrial or enterprise environment. Good knowledge of PI System components, including PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and Interfaces (e.g., OPC, Modbus). Experience with Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, PI-SDK, or AF-SDK) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
