Business Development Manager Pune 4 - 9 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

The role requires experienced sales professionals in logistics, 3PL industry, transportation or freight forwarding industry who will work independently and collaborate with colleagues to develop business. We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented business development managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plan to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation Identify potential customers in logistics industry through market research and cold call Develop a lead generation strategy and build a good pipeline of potential clients. Convert qualified leads into customers quickly and constantly grow revenue and profit Explore new business opportunities, potential markets and customer segments 2. Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as defined by the company's objectives. Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing and closing new business deals with small, medium, and large enterprises. Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Preferred candidate profile Excellent oral and written communication and good listening skills Ability to work individually and also with other sales executives with high-level of integrity and work ethics Strong problem identification, sales and business development, negotiation and objections resolution skills Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in FTL transportation and logistics, freight forwarding sales and business development Perks and benefits Monthly and annual sales incentives and commissions in addition to base salary subject to performance
