Position: Legal Manager We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to oversee our organization's legal affairs and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of legal professionals. As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to senior management, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, and ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework. The Legal Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with external legal counsel and ensuring that legal services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. You should be comfortable making decisions independently and have a strong sense of ethics and integrity. The Legal Manager will play a key role in protecting the company’s interests and supporting its strategic goals through sound legal guidance. Responsibilities: · Provide legal advice and support to senior management and departments · Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents · Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies · Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel · Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies · Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact · Develop and implement legal policies and procedures · Support corporate governance and regulatory filings · Train staff on legal and compliance matters · Maintain legal records and documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or JD preferred Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience managing legal teams or departments High level of integrity and professional ethics Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office
