We are currently seeking a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. Role Overview This role is ideal for a hands-on developer experienced in both SharePoint (Online and/or on-premises) and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining collaborative portals, process automation solutions, and business intelligence dashboards that solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities SharePoint Development Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online and/or on-premise sites, lists, libraries, and web parts. Develop workflows and automate business processes using SharePoint Designer or Power Automate. Configure site collections, permissions, and document libraries. Integrate SharePoint with other systems using REST APIs or Microsoft Graph. Power Platform Development Build low-code business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven). Automate workflows and approvals using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems. Create Power BI dashboards and reports for interactive data visualization and business insights. General Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, performance, and governance. Document architecture, user guides, and technical specifications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users. Stay up to date with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform updates. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online (and/or on-premises), including site design, list/library customization, and permission management Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI Experience with data integration: Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive Basic programming skills in JavaScript, JSON, Power FX, or C# Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and web services Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate, SharePoint Developer) Experience with Power Virtual Agents and advanced automation use-cases Exposure to UI/UX design principles for Power Apps and SharePoint Experience working in Agile teams using Azure DevOps or Git Prior experience supporting global teams or enterprise environment Preferred Candidates: Ahmedabad
