Job Description

Teleperformance Global services is looking for Real Time Adherence Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Monitor and ensure adherence to agent schedules in real - time for call centers or service operations. Track live agent activities, attendance, and breaks against the predefined workforce schedules. Provide instant alerts and recommendations to Team Leads and Operations for deviations. Work closely with the Workforce Management (WFM) team to maintain optimal staffing levels. Analyze adherence trends and generate actionable insights to reduce downtime and increase productivity. Coordinate with support teams to resolve technical or schedule - related disruptions. Maintain accurate logs and daily reports for compliance tracking. Actively contribute to performance improvement plans and service level achievement.
