Real Estate Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers with 6–18 months of experience to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads assigned by the company, understanding customer requirements, and identifying potential customers interested in real estate projects.

The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads through outbound calls and transfer interested prospects to the internal sales team for further follow-up and deal closure.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to leads assigned by the company.

2. Introduce real estate projects and communicate basic project information.

3. Understand customer requirements, including property preferences, budget, and investment interests.

4. Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest.

5. Transfer interested and qualified leads to the internal sales team.

6. Update call status, customer feedback, and lead details in the assigned CRM or tracking sheet.

7. Conduct initial follow-ups with leads wherever required.

8. Maintain professional communication and build a positive impression of the company.

9. Ensure all assigned leads are contacted within the specified timelines.

Lead Handover Process

- Step 1: Leads will be assigned by the company.

- Step 2: The Telecaller contacts the leads and provides basic project information.

- Step 3: Interested customers are identified and qualified.

- Step 4: Qualified and interested leads are handed over to the internal sales team.

- Step 5: Our internal sales team takes complete responsibility for further follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

*Important:* This role is exclusively focused on outbound calling, initial customer interaction, lead qualification, and lead handover. The candidate is not responsible for sales closures.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Telugu and basic English/Hindi communication.

- Confidence in handling outbound calls.

- Ability to understand and identify customer requirements.

- Good listening and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months to maximum 18 months of relevant telecalling experience.

- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with experience in lead generation, customer interaction, or outbound calling are preferred.

- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation.

- Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

- Daily outbound calls.

- Number of successfully contacted leads.

- Number of interested and qualified leads generated.

- Quality and accuracy of lead information.

- Timely handover of qualified leads to the internal sales team.

Work Environment

- 100% Remote – Work From Home.

- Leads and calling instructions will be provided by the company.

- Daily reporting and performance tracking.

- Coordination with the internal sales team for lead handovers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
