Real Estate Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate telecalling, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customer enquiries, following up with leads, and scheduling property site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and property enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Explain property details, pricing, location and project features to potential buyers.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details and follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate telecalling or a related real estate sales role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
• Target-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Tamil communication is essential; English communication is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
