Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property bookings and closures.
• Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and other departments for smooth sales operations.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
• Candidates with in-house sales experience working directly with real estate developers will be preferred.
• Candidates from broker firms or those having only channel partner experience will not be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
