About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will understand their requirements, work with our internal team to find suitable properties, take clients on site visits and see the deal through to a successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements clearly (budget, location, size, type of property and needs)

- Coordinate with the internal team to find suitable properties for clients

- Show the shortlisted properties to clients and arrange site visits

- Work closely with clients during site visits to understand their requirements better

- Propose more suitable properties based on client feedback

- Support buyers, sellers and brands during the property onboarding process

- Follow up regularly with clients to keep the deal moving

- Successfully close the deal and onboard the property

Requirements

- Any degree

- Good communication skills

- Own two-wheeler is mandatory

- Freshers can apply

- Candidates who are good at communication are welcome
