Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their preferences, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. The role includes consistent follow-up with prospective buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining updated knowledge of the real estate market and listings. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales roles Excellent Customer Service and Real Property knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in use of real estate databases and CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
