What Will You Be Doing?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
• Connect with corporate clients, business owners, investors and prospective property buyers or tenants.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
• Promote office spaces, retail properties and industrial spaces.
• Arrange client meetings, property visits and site inspections.
• Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers and channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive successful deal closures.
• Generate repeat business through excellent client servicing and follow-ups.
• Maintain client information and sales updates in the CRM.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales are preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may also be considered.
• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are welcome.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-driven individuals.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and local travel across Mumbai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
