Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and network-driven Real Estate Channel Partner to expand our market reach and drive property sales. In this role, you will leverage your real estate network, identify potential buyers, and facilitate property transactions across our portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Network & Onboard: Build and nurture strong relationships with property brokers, real estate agents, direct buyers, and investors.
• Drive Sales: Promote and sell our residential and commercial property inventory to prospective clients.
• Lead Generation: Identify and source high-potential leads through personal networks, digital marketing, and local market outreach.
• Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, deliver convincing project presentations, and walk clients through project benefits and USPs.
• Deal Closure: Assist clients through negotiations, documentation, and the final deal closing process in coordination with our sales team.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and prospective development opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or broker management.
• Network: Strong existing network of brokers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Drive: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to hit sales targets.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of local real estate market trends, legal documentation, and property transaction processes.
