Real Estate Product Delivery Manager

As a Senior Real Estate Product Delivery Manager at our company, you will be responsible for taking a leading role in the new system implementation (Yardi) and strategic client onboarding (Aviva Investors). Your role will involve leading the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Product Delivery and being accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA. Your activities will include process design, business requirement specification, support for data flow developments and system configuration, report development, SIT testing, implementation, and providing support to the Ops teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the SMEs within Product Delivery - Accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA - Design processes and specify business requirements - Support data flow developments and system configuration - Develop reports - Conduct SIT testing and implementation - Provide support to the Ops teams Qualifications Required: - Exposure to Yardi Voyager - Knowledge of basic Investment Accounting processes - Analytical skills for reviewing data integrity and investigating errors or discrepancies - Strong communication and documentation skills - Ability to elicit business requirements for process improvement and custom report development Desirable Qualifications and Growth Areas: - Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and/or custom Yardi reporting tools is a plus - Interest in learning more advanced administrative skills such as testing upgrades, workflow configuration, or supporting integration with other platforms - Willingness to participate in end-user training, cross-team projects, and compliance activities Join us in this role where you will work alongside the value stream and play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Product strategy.
