Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our property listings, brand presence, and real estate services across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, creative thinking, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote residential and commercial properties.
• Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
• Lead Generation & CRM:
• Work with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics and campaign performance.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Conduct competitor analysis and keep updated on market trends.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
