Business Development:
- Identify and secure new clients including developers, societies, and lenders (banks, NBFCs, funds).
- Oversee secondary transfers of the company's investments across all available channels, including over-the-counter platforms and the official website
- Manage investor relations, ensuring clear communication and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee existing project accounts, maintaining rapport and ensuring continued client satisfaction
Project Monitoring Controls:
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to monitor real estate project progress.
- Support operational workflows related to post-disbursement monitoring.
- Conduct periodic site visits and share insights with internal teams.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
