We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead our financial operations Key Responsibilities Lead all fundraising initiatives, including debt, equity, and project financing Develop and manage project-specific financial models, feasibility studies, and cash flow forecasts Monitor company-wide budgets, working capital, and financial controls Drive investor reporting, compliance with financial covenants, and term sheet negotiations Oversee statutory compliance including GST, RERA, income tax, ROC, and audit requirements Manage SPV structuring, land transactions, and JV accounting Implement ERP systems and establish internal SOPs for finance and accounts Build and mentor the internal finance and accounts team Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, sales, project, and strategy Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in real estate, infra, NBFC, Banks, or fund management domain.
