Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, located in Rudrapur. The primary responsibilities include providing specialized care for critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Tasks involve monitoring vital signs, administering medications, operating medical equipment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and offering support and education to families. The nurse will also ensure the application and adherence to best practices in neonatal care. Qualifications Proficiency in Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Nursing to provide specialized treatment for premature or ill newborns. Strong background in Nursing and familiarity with Critical Care Medicine to manage advanced medical conditions and treatments. Foundational understanding of general Medicine to ensure comprehensive neonatal care. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical teams and support families. Strong organizational and analytical skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-pressure setting. Valid nursing license and certifications relevant to neonatal critical care. Previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or critical care environment is preferred.
