React.js Developer

As a skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer I with a focus on front-end development, you will join our team at Phot.AI. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain user interfaces for our web-based applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces to deliver an exceptional user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to convert UI/UX designs and requirements into functional front-end code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and optimising application performance for cross-browser compatibility. Furthermore, you will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices, participate in code reviews to identify areas for improvement, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in React.js, experience with state management libraries like Redux, and knowledge of Fabric.js for canvas manipulation will be essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. A solid understanding of frontend web technologies, proficiency in responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility are required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are key attributes we are looking for. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies, and at least 5 years of experience with frontend build tools and package managers are also necessary. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, backend technologies, RESTful APIs, Agile development environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be beneficial in this role.
