Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, you will be a crucial part of the delivery team at Infosys. Your main responsibility will be to engage with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be involved in understanding requirements, designing, validating architecture, and delivering services to clients in the technology sector. Your role will also include project estimation, providing solutions, managing technical risks, conducting code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your teams to develop high-quality code deliverables, promoting knowledge management, and adhering to organizational guidelines will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews - Lead and guide teams in developing high-quality code deliverables - Ensure continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive growth and innovation - Possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Understand financial processes for different projects and pricing models available - Identify improvement areas in current processes and propose technology solutions - Have knowledge in one or two industry domains - Exhibit strong client interfacing skills - Manage projects and teams effectively Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Reactjs, Nodejs, and Typescript - Ability to assess current processes and suggest technology solutions - Strong understanding of financial processes and pricing models - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborative abilities - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management experience (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
