ReactJS and Java Developer

As a Frontend Developer in our company, your role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining frontend applications using ReactJS. You will also be responsible for integrating frontend components with Java-based backend services, as well as refactoring existing code for performance and scalability improvements. Working closely with UI/UX teams, you will deliver intuitive and responsive interfaces. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and agile delivery processes, collaborating with backend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS. - Integrate frontend components with Java-based backend services. - Refactor existing code for performance and scalability improvements. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and responsive interfaces. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and agile delivery processes. - Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 8 years of professional and relevant experience in the software industry. - Strong expertise in ReactJS for building modern, responsive frontend applications. - Solid knowledge of Java for backend integration. - Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with frontend components. In addition to the mandatory skills, preferred skills for this role include experience with performance tuning and frontend optimization, exposure to capital markets domain and BFSI applications, familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme), and awareness of DevOps practices and CI/CD for frontend deployment.,
