Job Description

As an experienced Mobile/App Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - **Ownership:** Take ownership of all front-end applications and their CI/CD pipelines. - **Strategy:** Own the technical strategy and collaborate with the Product Manager to define the product strategy. - **Prioritisation:** Work with the Engineering Manager to meet team goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively. - **Design:** Scope and design technical solutions that are resilient, scalable, and high-performing. - **Engineering Excellence:** Be accountable for maintaining production, operational, and engineering excellence in your area. - **Communication:** Communicate goals, progress, and blockers to stakeholders effectively. Requirements for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in building and delivering apps using React Native. - Solid working knowledge of Redux, React, Expo, React Query, and Jest. - Experience in building React Native plugins using Java/Kotlin and Objective/Swift (Added advantage). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Agile software development life cycle. - Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to collaborate successfully across different functions. Please note that the company is in the IT industry, specifically in the Engineering - Software & QA department. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring any graduate degree. In addition, the job offers health insurance benefits and requires the candidate to work in person at the Noida location during the IST Full Shift (09:00 AM to 6:00 PM).,
