Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products, services, and franchise opportunities. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals. Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to close deals. Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of yoga and fitness products (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
