React Native Intern

We are seeking a motivated React Native Intern to join our mobile team. In this role, you will contribute directly to building and enhancing our React Native application. You will learn the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and gain invaluable experience in creating apps for both iOS and Android platforms using a single codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new user-facing features for our React Native mobile application.
• Help build reusable, cross-platform components and libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into clean, functional React Native code.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL to fetch and display data.
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices for mobile performance and code quality.
• Work with native modules when required and learn about bridging native functionality.
• Debug and fix issues across different devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
• Use Git for version control within a collaborative team environment.
• Learn about the app release process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate from a coding bootcamp.
• Solid understanding of core JavaScript (ES6+).
• Foundational knowledge of React and its core principles (Components, JSX, State, Props, Hooks).
• A strong interest in mobile development and a passion for building great user experiences.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and dependency management (e.g., npm/yarn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Prior experience with React Native (even personal projects!).
• Basic understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin-Java) is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand).
• Knowledge of tools like Expo for rapid prototyping.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• A GitHub portfolio or link to a live app you've worked on.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
