We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead React Native Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our mobile applications and ensuring their optimal performance. Your role will involve monitoring crash and performance issues, benchmarking performance, optimizing app size, managing a team of developers, and ensuring project timelines are met. You will also be actively involved in hands-on development tasks. Responsibilities: - Oversee the development of our mobile applications using React Native. - Monitor app performance and identify and resolve any crashes or performance bottlenecks. - Benchmark and analyze app performance to identify areas for improvement. - Optimize app size to enhance user experience and minimize resource usage. - Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. - Develop and maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and provide constructive feedback to the team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile app development to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, contributing to the codebase and solving complex technical challenges. Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience as an app developer with 3+ years on React Native. - Proven experience as a Lead React Native Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering mobile applications. - Expertise in monitoring crash and performance issues, and a deep understanding of techniques to resolve them effectively.
