As a React Native professional at WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of cutting-edge products that empower users across 3000 locations in 50 countries to digitize their operations, obtain real-time decision-driven analytics, and enhance productivity. You will have the opportunity to work with global fortune 500 companies and be part of a Top 20 Global SaaS startup recognized by CIO Review in 2020 and Top 10 Best SaaS companies in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms (IOS/Android). - Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure a native-like performance. - Maintain code quality and write automated tests to uphold the product's standards. - Transition existing React web and other native apps to React Native. - Utilize native APIs for seamless integrations with both platforms. - Actively participate in solutioning and architecture discussions as a valuable member of the Mobility CoE team. - Guide and mentor other team members. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in React Native. - Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles. - Proficiency in hooks, navigation, and AsyncStorage. - Experience with state management libraries like Redux / Mobx. - Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript language, including ES6+ syntax. - Understanding of REST APIs, document request model, and offline storage. - Familiarity with databases such as Firebase, Sqllite. - Proficient in working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts. - Knowledge of native build tools like XCode, Android Studio, Gradle. - Experience with automated testing suites such as Jest / Mocha / Detox. - Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, or Mercurial. - Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play Store. - Strong understanding and practice of Unit Testing. - Experience with automation and CI/CD processes. - Team Management Experience. - Mobile Solutioning and Architecture Experience.
