Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer with over 4+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing robust front-end solutions and enhancing existing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software and web applications using modern front-end technologies. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript. Analyze and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA to deliver well-integrated solutions. Implement and optimize Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), service workers, and WebSocket-based features. Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices and standards. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback during development cycles. Identify and fix bugs to improve overall application performance and stability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 4+ years of professional development experience with ReactJS and Redux . Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript . Solid understanding and experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) , WebSockets , and Service Workers . Familiarity with REST APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern build pipelines. Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Nice to Have Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
