Opportunities We Offer

Tier 1 Job-Ready Candidates

• Trained in React, ready to start coding from Day 1.
• Test: This test will be difficult of all with the candidate going through 4 rounds of interview.
• Round 1: A remote (online) test will be conducted which will cover Basic communication skills and Analytical skills.
• Round 2: If shortlisted from the above candidate needs to come to the office and go through Coding round where candidate has to solve 5 random problems from a list of 40 questions which will be given in advance.
• Round 3: Candidate will be given a coding challenge which they have to complete using ReactJs and show output.
• Round 4: Communication and Analytical
• CTC: ?4.5 LPA
  

Tier 2 Strong in Theory, Need Practical Exposur

• Good understanding of concepts, but limited hands-on experience
• Interview: Except round 3 all above rounds.
• CTC: ?3 LPA
  

Tier 3 Internship Track

• 3-month internship with job offer based on performance and openings at that time.
• Great steppingstone for growth. No Compensation and medium of instruction will be online only with candidate attending from their home 1 hour per day. Allowed to visit office once a month on Saturday. Weekly tests will be there and unless the candidate completes assignments on a regular basis they will not be allowed to sit in the next class.
• Interview: Round 1,4
  

Tier 4 Training + Experience Path

• 4 months of intense training + 2 months real-time project exposure. Training will be from our office Bengaluru and candidate must come to office Mon- Sat 9AM 6 PM
• Paid training (Candidate has to pay for the training) | Fee: ?1,20,000 + GST | but please note Job in our Company is not Guaranteed, it will be based on performance and openings at that time.
• Interview: Round 1,4
