Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, branding, and community building across major social platforms. You’ll contribute to building Reachify’s online voice, driving engagement, and scaling our brand presence through innovative content strategies. Key Responsibilities Content Development: Design visually engaging graphics using Canva that align with brand identity and campaign goals. Social Media Calendar: Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Copywriting & Scripting: Draft concise, impactful scripts and captions for posts, Reels, and stories. Publishing & Scheduling: Execute timely uploads and scheduling of posts, stories, and campaigns via social media management tools. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a strong digital community. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, compile weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements. Trendwatch & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform updates, content trends, and competitor strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Excellent written communication skills with a creative and concise style. Basic understanding of social media insights and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience with social media strategy, video content, or reels is a plus. Preferred Background Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
