Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a VMC Setter Cum Operator, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The VMC Setter Cum Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Day-to-day tasks include machine setup and calibration, performing routine maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the machining process. Qualifications Experience setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of machine tool operation and maintenance Understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
