The role involves promoting the college’s architecture programs globally, guiding prospective students through the admission requirements, maintaining effective communication with applicants and agents, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Admissions Management Coordinate and oversee the entire admission process for local and international applicants. Evaluate application forms, academic credentials, and supporting documents in line with admission criteria. Maintain accurate and updated admission records using the college’s CRM/admission management system. Liaise with academic departments regarding student eligibility and course placements. 2. International Recruitment & Collaboration Develop and maintain partnerships with international schools, universities, and student recruitment agencies. Represent the college at education fairs, webinars, and virtual events to attract international students. Facilitate MoUs and exchange programs with international institutions. Assist foreign students with pre-admission guidance, visa documentation, and arrival support. 3. Counseling & Student Support Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents on admission procedures, program details, scholarships, and campus life. Coordinate interviews, entrance exams, and portfolio reviews (where applicable). Support enrolled students in orientation and transition processes. 4. Marketing & Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital campaigns for local and international markets. Contribute to social media content, newsletters, and outreach communications for student recruitment. 5. Reporting & Compliance Prepare monthly and annual reports on admissions statistics and conversion rates. Ensure compliance with national and international education regulations and accreditation requirements. Maintain confidentiality of student data and uphold institutional policies. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Administration, International Relations, Education Management, or related field. Prior experience (3–5 years) in admissions, international student recruitment, or higher education administration. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP admission systems. Ability to handle multicultural environments with professionalism and empathy.
