Desktop, All in One, Laptop, Tablets etc., and proven experience in engaging customers, capturing requirements, proposing technical solutions, and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver business value solutions to the customer successfully and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction - to own and manage the whole process. Responsibilities Products Scope: Desktop PCs, All in One PCs, Laptops, Tablets. Engaging customers, capturing requirements, proposing technical solutions and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver business value solutions to the customer successfully and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction - to own and manage the whole process. Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization, both technical and business audiences (including C-levels). Prepare and execute an effective product/solution technical demonstration to the prospective customers. Provide coaching and professional development to the sales team in order to enhance their product knowledge. Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customers. Collaborate with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced. Be the solution owner, taking lead and working with a cross-functioning team including professional services, product management, sales, and marketing to drive the development of market-driven solutions and services, and also for marketing events. Monitor customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Act as a customer liaison to ensure customer satisfaction post-sales and be a point of contact for any issues the customer faces. Perform limited technical support or post-sales for highly potential customers or partners. Requirements Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer. Knowledge of IT Hardware product line and technologies. Possess broad overall industry experience and technical knowledge as well as subject-matter expertise. Experience in the Computing Industry and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent. Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to present in front of large audiences. Exhibits strong commercial acumen, credibility, and presence to enable effective relationship building, influencing, and instilling confidence at a senior level. Technology literate within the customer's segment. Good to have Digital Experience Management and Application Performance Management experience. Confident in articulating technical and business value propositions. Competitive knowledge including industry, emerging technologies/product offerings.
