Perform limited technical support or post-sales for highly potential customers or partners. Requirements Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer. Knowledge of IT Hardware product line and technologies. Possess broad overall industry experience and technical knowledge as well as subject-matter expertise. Experience in the Computing Industry and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent. Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to present in front of large audiences. Exhibits strong commercial acumen, credibility, and presence to enable effective relationship building, influencing, and instilling confidence at a senior level. Technology literate within the customer's segment. Good to have Digital Experience Management and Application Performance Management experience.
