R&D Ops Specialist - Senior Analyst

The Operations Analyst will work closely with the science and technology teams to develop and configure innovative solutions for clients. You will collaborate with other Operation Analysts, psychologists, and software engineers to create solution configurations that drive meaningful outcomes. Requirements: - Fluency in JSON, CSS, HTML, and Microsoft Office is preferred. - Associate or Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or management with a high aptitude for computing/technology is preferred. - Aptitude in mathematics, logic, and psychology is helpful. - 0+ years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving in technology-oriented roles.
