EssorSuperFoods Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG company committed to producing chemical-free, traditional, and health-oriented food products. We specialize in oils, natural sugars, salts, spice blends, health mixes, and functional beverages rooted in Indian wellness traditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and testing new food products (spices, flavored sugars, teas, health mixes, etc.)
• Conduct lab trials, product tastings, and small-batch experiments
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Verify FSSAI-compliant labels and ensure barcode accuracy (MRP, batch code, expiry date)
• Support shelf-life studies, maintain test data and lab records
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and marketing for smooth product launches
• Maintain documentation including recipe records, lab reports, COAs
• Follow GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols within the factory and lab

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in R&D or QC in the food/FMCG industry
• Good knowledge of FSSAI regulations, label and packaging compliance
• Strong interest in traditional & healthy food product innovation
• Skilled in Excel, documentation, and internal coordination
• Based in or ready to relocate to Chennai

Work Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
