Job Description

Job Title: Scientist - Cell Line Development (P Band)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CHO cell lines for the production of antibodies and therapeutic proteins.
Perform plasmid transfections, electroporation, stable pool generation and screening.
Generate CHO monoclone, screening, expansion and characterization.
Perform detailed characterization of cell lines, including expression levels, stability and product quality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, processes and results.
Prepare technical reports, presentations and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process development, analytical development and quality assurance.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Master degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or a related field with relevant experience.
Strong understanding of CHO expression systems and troubleshooting
3-5 years of experience in CHO cell line development, monoclone generation and characterization.
Experience in handling ClonePix, DispenCell or similar monoclone generation equipment will be added advantage.
