Business Growth : Build relationships with top contractors, infra companies, and developers through LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and client engagement strategies . Strategy & Innovation : Work with the founder on new revenue streams, tech-driven efficiencies, and expansion opportunities. Brand Building : Strengthen RCSR (Richi Crane Service’s) digital presence, positioning us as a leader in the industry. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to build and scale businesses . Tech-savvy — comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and digital process solutions. Strong business development & networking skills. Ability to work directly with leadership, driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
