We are seeking a qualified and empathetic RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional psychological services, including one-to-one counselling, therapy sessions, training, and workshops, while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-to-one counselling and therapy sessions with clients across diverse concerns.
Engage with clients via calls/messages to invite and schedule sessions.
Manage and coordinate time slots as per client availability and organizational needs.
Design and deliver employee training sessions on mental health, stress management, and workplace wellness, as required.
Conduct webinars, workshops, and group sessions on relevant psychological and mental health topics.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, assessments, and progress reports.
Stay updated with current research, therapeutic techniques, and ethical practices.
Collaborate with the internal team to create a positive, supportive, and professional counselling environment.
Educational Qualifications:
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI-recognized institution) OR
Professional Doctorate (PsyD) / PhD in Clinical Psychology (RCI-recognized)
Must hold a valid RCI license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, therapy techniques, and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients.
High level of empathy, patience, and professional ethics.
Comfortable with online/telephonic counselling platforms as well as in-person sessions.
Experience in conducting training programs, workshops, or webinars is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical practice (freshers with RCI license may also apply).
Prior experience in counselling, psychotherapy, or workplace mental health programs will be preferred.
