The day-to-day tasks include overseeing various real estate projects, conducting site inspections, preparing and analyzing reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This on-site role is located in Mumbai, where the candidate will work closely with the project management and construction teams to meet company objectives. Qualifications Project management and oversight skills for real estate projects Site inspection and report preparation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
