Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with field auditors PAN India for day-to-day audit execution Act as a bridge between auditors and auditee teams / warehouse TLs. Handle on-ground challenges and provide real-time solutions ("firefighting" when necessary). Review, prepare, and explain reconciliation and variance reports to stakeholders. Share MIS reports with clients or internal teams as required. Maintain clear records of audit progress, escalations, and resolutions. Ensure all issues are followed up and closed within defined timelines. Communicate assertively but tactfully – including handling tough conversations or negotiations (giving a “goli” where required 😉). Maintain high-quality communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Use Excel for reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in audit coordination, operations, MIS, or field support. Prior experience in Telecom, Retail Audit, Logistics, or BPO/Backoffice Ops preferred. Strong communication in Hindi and English – must be confident and assertive. Excellent in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, etc.). Problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude.
