Friend, I am facing a lot of problems in using RBL's credit card. All the bank's work is online today but RBL is still running offline. I am worried since last 2 months. KYC block has been put on my card. I have sent 25 mails to remove the block but every time new mail id is given or it is said to mail on the same mail id.
