Without asking EMI option the put me in this option charged 2000+ rupees as charges. Once I contacted them through customer care no. They asks another 1600/- for stop EMI option. A classic bank who simply loots customers

Worst bank mostly the Kharghar branch don't have manners to talk with customer if customer ask question instead of answering it shows attitude to customer if you people don't want customer have such trouble than close bank and sit at home . Worst customer service.
