If there is any worst bank, it can be said that it is RBL Diamond Park branch.

The staff hang up when customers call the Branch. I called the Vizag Branch today and was asking questions and the lady hung up on me. I was surprised. For a bank to have employees who do this is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to bank with RBL ever in future. Very bad customer experience.
