We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy/Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and common areas. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Assist in handling office errands, such as collecting documents, depositing cheques, or delivering parcels. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail. Support staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling. Ensure office supplies, stationery, and pantry items are stocked and replenished. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible. Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to handle financial operations for our real estate plotting projects. The role involves managing land purchase transactions, customer payments, installment tracking, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate transactions and local compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts for land acquisition, plotting, and sales transactions. Record customer receipts, advances, and installment collections. Prepare and reconcile daily/weekly/monthly cash flow statements. Monitor outstanding customer payments and issue reminders. Handle vendor payments related to land development (surveyors, legal, registration, marketing, etc.). Prepare agreements, sales ledgers, and maintain plot-wise financial records. Ensure compliance with local land and revenue authorities, RERA (if applicable), and taxation laws. Prepare periodic MIS reports for management on sales, receivables, and profitability. Support auditors, legal, and finance teams with required documentation. Assist management in financial planning for land purchase, plotting, and resale. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate, preferably in land plotting projects. Knowledge of local land registration, stamp duty, and taxation rules. Strong command of accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. Good communication and coordination skills with sales and legal teams.
