Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth patient flow. Update patients courteously about waiting times or delays. 💖 Patient ExperienceOffer refreshments / small talk to ease anxious or waiting patients. Handle patient complaints with empathy and tact; escalate if needed. Maintain professional appearance, tone, and language at all times. 💰 Sales & UpsellingCommunicate treatment packages and offers clearly to walk-ins. Convert inquiries to consultations / procedures tactfully.
