We provide services to shopping malls, hospitals, gated communities and industries . We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to promote our professional Security & Housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and strengthen our brand presence in the industry. You will play a key role in increasing awareness of our agency’s security services across commercial, residential, industrial, and event sectors. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries. Prior experience in the security or facilities management industry is a plus. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local laws/regulations in private security. Existing contacts or networks in facility/property management. Experience working in a high-trust service environment (e.g., security, cleaning, logistics).
