Scope of Work (SOW): Key Responsibilities: Operate and program CMM machines to perform precise dimensional inspections. Inspect incoming, in-process, and final components using CMM and conventional tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Review and interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and GD&T symbols. Prepare and maintain inspection reports (CMM reports, FAIRs, NCRs, etc.). Identify, report, and assist in analyzing non-conformities. Work closely with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain calibration status and condition of all measuring instruments. Ensure quality standards are followed as per ISO and AS9001 D customer-specific requirements. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–6 years of experience as a CMM Operator or Quality Inspector. Hands-on experience with MCOSMOS is Mitutoyo or we will give the Training. Strong knowledge of GD&T and quality control procedures. Ability to read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawings. Good communication and documentation skills.
