Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Exim (Export & Import Documentation) based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Executive will be responsible for handling documentation related to export and import activities, liaising with customs and other regulatory bodies, managing shipment schedules, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves coordinating with freight forwarders, transporters, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Export and Import Documentation Experience in coordinating with customs and regulatory bodies Skills in managing shipment schedules and logistics operations Ability to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, transporters, and clients Proficiency in international trade regulations and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Experience in the granite industry is an advantage

You will be responsible for export & documentation support, including the preparation of pre & post export & import documentation. You will liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure fast & smooth processing of shipments. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of monthly MIS reports.
