Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and monitor end-to-end site execution of civil and road projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Ensure strict compliance with government project requirements, contracts, and technical standards. Supervise daily site operations, including manpower deployment, subcontractor coordination, and quality checks. Prepare, verify, and certify quantities (BOQ) and RA bills for client and government submissions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution and approvals. Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, planning, billing, and logistics. Prepare and maintain DPRs, progress reports, and project documentation. Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines at project sites. Ability to interpret and execute works as per drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills for managing site teams. Willingness to travel extensively and work at sites across India. Education and Experience: Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) with 69 years of hands-on site execution experience in civil/road projects. Strong experience in government project execution, client billing, and certification of quantities.
