Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Lead – Robotics and Automation . The position involves being the single point of contact for all technology-related aspects, leading the design and implementation of innovative kitchen equipment powered by robotics and automation, and managing a team of engineers, both on-roll and consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Mechanical CAD , electronics design , and firmware programming . Responsibilities include end-to-end development, troubleshooting, and refinement of electromechanical systems to ensure the equipment is reliable, scalable, and ready for production deployment. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred, but we're more interested in what you've worked on than what you've studied. We're looking for someone with practical experience across mechanical hardware, electronics, and software — especially in working with microcontrollers, firmware programming, and embedded systems . Strong project management skills and the ability to lead small, cross-functional teams are essential. You will work across mechanical tool room operations, machine assembly, testing, basic electrical wiring, and electronic system integration.
